Josh and Joe’s partnership dates to 2010 when they became great mates. Their unique friendship and shared passion for building developed into a successful business partnership in 2017, when BOAB Projects was founded. Josh and Joe are young men with fresh ideas and perspectives, but do not fall short in experience, with 20 years’ joint experience up their sleeve.

Joshua Loff
Growing up I always wanted to be a builder. Following my father from job to job on weekends from a very young age it was destined to be. In 2010 I started my apprenticeship with a builder N&M Mcintyre that build quality new homes/ renovations mostly on the west side of Brisbane, specialising in large Queenslanders and architectural homes.
In 2015 I left to start my own thing and helped my father on his own developments where we would not only work as the builder also design and landscape.
In 2017 I joined forces with Joe to start Boab, we both were ambitious and loved our job, today we are working strongly together and constantly working to be Brisbanes Best Builders.

Joseph Gurowski
Joe’s high standard of work and inherent attention to detail consistently exceeds client expectations. His genuine and calming nature makes your renovation or build as stress-free as possible. Joe is also an active member of the community with a huge passion for grassroots sport. Outside of work you will most likely see him volunteering his spare time to help friends, family and neighbours with handyman jobs.
Joe holds a Diploma of Building & Construction, a Diploma of Project Management and a Cert 3 in Carpentry.
